How to Lower Blood Pressure With Hypnosis Downloads

Clinical studies have shown that as you relax your blood pressure lowers. This is irrefutable fact. It follows therefore that anything that you can do yourself which helps you to relax will help you to lower your blood pressure. All too often your blood pressure is high before you realize it. Then you go to see the doctor and start taking one or other of the medications designed to reduce blood pressure. Why don't more people use hypnosis downloads as a method of relaxation and a natural way in which to reduce blood pressure? The answer to this question lies, in all probability, within the current western culture.

High Blood Pressure is such a familiar ailment in the Western world that we almost take it for granted that we will at some stage in our lives suffer from it. Not only that, we are all aware that there are suitable medications which will adequately assist in lowering our blood pressure and continue to maintain it at a satisfactory level. Few of us even attempt to lower our blood pressure naturally, or are even aware of the steps which we can take in terms of preventative medicine.

Oh, yes, I know that we know not to consume too much salt, or drink too much alcohol, or to allow ourselves to get overweight. We are aware of the fact that we should look after ourselves in this area, but do we put that awareness into action? Does the average 20 or 25 year old think about health risks which rarely kick in until 20 or more years later? In the main, I think not. More people worry about their weight for cosmetic or aesthetic reasons than for reasons of health. And yet which is more important in the long run?

In our culture we have come to take less and less care of our health and rely upon the health profession to provide a "fix" for us later as and when we (inevitably) succumb to illness or disease. We do not meet the health profession half way. We do little to help ourselves and then expect everything to be "cured" by the NHS or our insurance. No wonder these systems are crumbling under this unfair pressure. We need to meet the health care "system" half way, don't you think?

What can we do to help ourselves? If we set out with the attitude of imagining that no health care existed, or no health care would be available, perhaps we might take a little bit more care of ourselves. This is, after all, how people lived their lives before medical advancements made our lives so much easier, and allowed us the liberty to sit back on our haunches.

Illness generally manifests itself in the human body as a reflection of how we think and how we live our lives. We should listen to our bodies and question what disease or illness is telling us, and then take steps to change. Blood pressure is an easy ailment to work with. We know that if you learn to relax your blood pressure will lower. Now, I'm not saying to not go to the doctor - I am merely pointing out that there are things which can be done which are complementary to the medical advice which you are given.

If you ignore the messages which your body is providing for you, your body has an uncanny knack of providing you with another symptom and will keep doing so until you begin to listen. Your body is a self-healing organism. It is designed to heal itself and will do so providing that you give it the correct environmental conditions.

It is only in the Western world that we have drifted so far away from the natural remedies which are available to us. In the East, there is good use made of many complementary therapies and not only are they used as a cure, they are relied upon as a way of life, as a way of maintaining good health and preventing illness and disease.

The fact is that mind and body are intrinsically linked and how you think inevitably has a massive impact upon your health. You can learn to use your mind to assist in good health in many different ways. You can scrutinize your lifestyle choices and see if they are indeed conducive to good health. You can learn to use meditation and hypnosis as a natural method of relaxation.

Anyone who has read my articles will know how vitally important I think it is for everyone to learn to use hypnosis. Hypnosis is a state of relaxation and it is natural. You pass through hypnosis every night as you go to sleep. It's easy to learn, easy to use and has no nasty side effects at all. Not only that, it allows access to your subconscious mind, the part which acts instinctively and automatically; this in turn makes it easier and quicker to change deep rooted beliefs, habits and behaviors. When in hypnosis your creative mind is more accessible as well and so you can activate your ability to visualize. These phenomena can be taken advantage of to trigger your body's natural ability to self-heal.

Every thought you have activates neuro-transmitters in your brain which send messages to every cell in your body. Research has shown how focused suggestions and visualizations can be used to activate your body's natural ability to self heal. You can use hypnosis downloads which will guide you in the art of relaxation and visualization and show you ways in which you can help yourself to reduce your blood pressure, and maintain good health in many different ways.

It is my firm belief that it time to listen to our bodies, and do whatever we can to maintain a state of good health, and to meet the health profession half-way.
